The President provides leadership and direction for the Chapter. The president officiates Chapter Board meetings, host for Chapter luncheon/presentation meetings and seminar, and to acts as the main contact between the Chapter and ARMA International and Regional.

The Vice President backs up for the Chapter President when absent or assistance is requested; to begin preparation and planning for the next Chapter fiscal year; and to oversee and guide the Education and Seminar Chairs as needed.

The Chapter Treasurer manages the Chapter finance and accounting activities, and provides financial reports for review and audit.

The Secretary maintains an accurate recording of the Chapter Board Meetings, providing minutes and meeting notes for Board and membership review as appropriate.

The Chairman of the Board is responsible for planning RIM Month events, as well as the Awards Banquet
