PROGRAM: Integrating SharePoint with your ECM / ERM Applications

WORKSHOP:

This event will provide you with an overview of SharePoint integrations with the ECM/ERM providers, including Documentum and Open Text. Many of us are still uninformed as to what SharePoint is really about. Others are wondering if they can replace their current Document Management products or complement them with SharePoint. Hear first hand from one of the Industries most respected leaders Russell Stalters of (BP) British Petroleum who will also address the landscape as it stands currently as well as strategies that include MOSS 2007 Records Center with DoD 5015 add-on.

Russell Stalters is Director, Information & Records Management, BP located in Houston, TX. He has global operations responsibility for developing the Group Center of Excellence (COE) and building a team of information management subject matter experts to support the implementation of the Information & Records Programme. He is also responsible for the Group Data Privacy and Protection program.

PROGRAM:

You will also be apprised of the current State of Electronic Records Management by Doug Magnuson, Managing Director of Huron Consulting Group. Some highlights include Doug's discussion on the ERM System landscape; is ECM the new ERM? As well as the intersection of ERM and eDiscovery.

Doug has over 25 years of experience in business process design, change management, and systems improvement. His technical experience includes senior systems architect, designer, application developer, and administrator of many types of solutions.

CRM WORKSHOP:

The subject of April's CRM tutorial is Written Case Studies (Part 6 of the CRM Exam). Our presenter is Glenn Gercken, CRM, of Ungaretti & Harris. Cost of this CRM Workshop is $10.00.
